This is what democracy is all about. An everyday person leading and backing what she believes in and needs changed now. Americans are doing these kinds of meetings all over the United States. There is energy in American that has not been felt in many, many, many years. Not clandestine gatherings, people want a voice. Families are struggling, perhaps more than any time in modern history. Change is a scary thing. Will we get it right the first time? We have to give it our all, the momentum is in place and the initial changes will make a difference. This is big and would need constant work, feeding, oversight and maintenance. There are no quick fixes, and we have had enough Band-Aids. Last fall America had a wake call, as did the world. Those huge financial catastrophes touched everyone in someway. Things as we knew them will not be the same ever, just as the Twin Towers and all those that died and all who loved them will never be the same. Empower yourself and embellish the liberty and the democracy that we all count on every morning when heads raise from pillows. Open your minds and let the real messages speak to you. This is not Obama’s fault, he inherited more than anyone could have imagined including him. Things happen for a reason; this leader believes in democracy in its purest sense. He and his huge team of followers are activating and motivating Americans. . America began with immigrants escaping injustices by their homelands. We are one, we are diverse, so let’s get on with it brothers and sisters of the human race. |
