The main reason most mothers want to work from home is their children. The freedom one gets by working at home is a benefit for the children and something the mother enjoys doing. If one needs to talk to someone at work, there is e-mail and telephones for that. One might realize being his or her own boss requires quite a lot of willpower. One must be willing to get up every morning, go to work at the computer, and have nary a soul to get the coffee.
